Each day, you’ll enjoy one chef-prepared meal made with care. For your other meal—whether you choose to dine in-house or at a breathtaking spot on the island—we offer our “Curate to Cook” service. Here, Chef Kimie selects and portions your preferred ingredients, ready for you to cook at your leisure. The table will be elegantly set, and everything you need will be waiting in your fridge.
This service even extends to BBQs: we’ll handle the setup, so all you have to do is arrive and savour the spectacular view.
All stays at Island House include a bounty of island-grown and freshly caught produce. Additionally, your pantry and fridge will be stocked with artisanal imports. Each house also boasts a fully stocked bar, featuring wine, spirits, and beer brewed by our sister business right here on the island!
