This spacious light-filled two-bedroom house enjoys a large central living room with an internal seating area facing the forest. The bedrooms have been designed to allow guests to enjoy their own space and time away from the living areas. With large timber decks to the front and garden courtyards to the rear of every room, North House provides the perfect platform to relax in any season. In the warmer months, the 4 metre high ceilings and Boffi fans create a cool living environment. In the winter, the fireplace warms the living space to create a cosy and welcoming place to relax.
North House living room features a library, fireplace comfortable seating, and excellent sound.
Sourced mainly from Denmark, the furniture in North House features pieces designed by Hans Wegner, Poul Kjearholm, Arne Jacobsen, Lange Furniture, and comfortable seating by Eilersen.
Sound is something we are deeply passionate about, and this Gryphon powered Wilson audio system is a combination of two very influential brands in the high fidelity world.
The artworks in North House will change regularly. At the moment we feature a large work by Pintupi man, Mick Namarari Tjapaltjarri (c1923-98), who became an award-winning Papunya Tula artist.
We also feature three works by Katjara Butler who was born in the Northern Territory and is a most accomplished artist and winner of the Wyndham Art Prize in 2016 .
